You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or contact details.1.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via Stripe (USD only). Orders will not begin production until payment is received.1.3 International Orders
A flat $35 shipping fee applies to international customers outside the continental U.S. Additional customs, VAT, or import charges may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.2. 🔧 Handmade Product Policy2.1 One-Man Craftsmanship
Each tracker is handmade, calibrated, and tested by a single creator. Minor cosmetic variations (such as surface texture, strap alignment, or small imperfections) are expected and do not qualify as defects.2.2 Made-to-Order Agreement
Orders are crafted specifically for you. Once production begins, changes, cancellations, or refunds will not be granted.3. ❌ Refunds & Returns3.1 All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds or returns for undamaged or working products under any circumstance — including buyer’s remorse, incompatibility, or issues with calibration or drift.
VR tracking requires patience, firmware familiarity, and adjustment.3.2 Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence. If damage is confirmed to be from our manufacturing or packaging, we’ll arrange repair or replacement at our expense.3.3 Customer Damage
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, third-party modifications, or accidental drops. However, we do offer repair services at fair rates — reach out if something goes wrong.4. 📡 Support & Calibration4.1 Firmware Compatibility
EIDOLON trackers use SlimeVR’s open-source firmware. Some drift or tuning may be expected depending on your space and setup.4.2 Support Is Available

SlimeVR firmware is used under its respective open-source license. Custom EIDOLON motherboard design is proprietary and may not be copied or distributed.6. 🚨 Limitation of LiabilityWe are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including data loss, injury, or hardware conflicts — resulting from use or misuse of our products.
Purchasing and using our devices is at your own risk.7. ⚖️ Governing LawThis agreement is governed by the laws of the creator’s jurisdiction.
